Carl Seldin Koerner Carl has a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the everyday challenges faced by business leaders in such matters as sales and marketing, manufacturing, service delivery, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. His experience permits him to express legal issues in a business context enabling executives to make efficient, well informed and effective business decisions. Throughout his career Carl has advised entrepreneurs at the earliest stages of business formation, through proof of concept, expansion and value realization. Besides being a principal in KKP, Carl is counsel in the Business Department of White and Williams LLP, a Philadelphia based firm with eight offices nationally. Carl has also served as director of publicly and privately held companies as well as numerous charitable, religious and civic institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Union College in chemistry and Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Carl has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system. Carl has been admitted to the Bars of New York, Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York since 1976 and the U.S. Tax Court since 1980. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of Model Partnership Agreements for New York Law Firms in 1989. From 1987 to 1991 Carl chaired the Committee of Law Office Economics and Management of the New York State Bar Association and from 1984 to 1987 Carl chaired the Subcommittee on Law Firm Administration. |
