Carl Seldin Koerner - Principal
Carl has been practicing attorney since 1976 and has experience in venture capital and development, business, finance, acquisitions and mergers, public securities offerings and private placement. He also has experience in the legal aspects of publishing, musical theater, television and other entertainment industry projects.

Besides being a principal in KKP, Carl is counsel in the Business Department of White and Williams LLP, a Philadelphia based firm with eight offices nationally. Carl has also served as director of publicly and privately held company as well as numerous charitable, religious and civic institutions. Ivan S. Kronenfeld, Ph.D.- Principal
Ivan, a native New Yorker, has been described by the New York Times Magazine as "an actor, a deal-maker, a raconteur and a scholar of boxing and psychology". His background, which spans the worlds of academia, entertainment and private investigation, has given him a keen understanding of human nature and behavior which has proven invaluable in business.

He is currently a principal and executive producer in Koerner Kronenfeld Partners LLC, a company specialized in strategic planning and implementation which also conceives, develops and produces media properties targeted to achieve strategic objectives for its international client base. More….

Col Jack Jacobs (US Army, Retired)- Vice President
Jack's career has bridged the disparate worlds of the military, of business and of academia. He entered the U.S. Army in 1966 as a Second Lieutenant through the ROTC program. He was in Vietnam twice, and is among the most highly decorated soldiers from that era, having earned three Bronze Stars, two Silver Stars and the Medal of Honor, the nation's highest combat decoration.

Jacobs retired as a Colonel in 1987 and subsequently was a managing director of Banker's Trust and of Lehman Brothers. Jacobs serves on a number of charitable boards of directors and is vice chairman of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation. He holds the McDermott Chair of Humanities and Public Affairs at the US Military Academy and appears about five hundred times annually on television, providing commentary on defense issues, terrorism and international affairs.
