The West Point Project, LLC (“The Project”) has made a strategic alliance with ABC Unlimited- Disney's integrated advertising sales force which will permit the Project to distribute numerous programs across the spectrum of ABC/Disney venues.  These include the ABC Television Network, A&E/History Channel, ESPN, Lifetime, Disney Kids Network and ABC Radio Networks.   

ABC  -TV Network Prime Time:  2-Hour Special “Young America Salutes West Point” Scheduled for airing June 23, 2002.

ABC-TV Sports: 2-Hour History of Sports Special, “Fields of Friendly Strife,” scheduled for May 25, 2002, and two (2) repeat telecasts on ESPN scheduled for June 2002.

ABC Unlimited Partners: “West Point 200-Memories”100 60-second vignettes consisting of a 30-second West Point fact and a sponsor 30-second message.

ABC Family Channel: 39 Half-Hours “West Point,” classic series produced by ZIV-TV/MGM Television scheduled for March-June 2002.

The History Channel:  4-Hour (Two 2 Hours) “West Point- Two Hundred Years of Honor and Tradition,” based on the book to be published by Warner Books (May 2002).

Arts & Entertainment: 1-Hour “West Point & The Movies,” scheduled for airing May/June 2002.
1-Hour “Military Bands at Carnegie Hall” concert scheduled for April 2002.

ABC-TV Sports and ESPN: A series of 60-second vignettes, consisting of a 30-second West Point fact and a sponsor 30-second message.

ESPN Classics: 1-Hour “Field of Honor: 100 Years of Army Football,” scheduled for April 2002
Army Football Classic Games, a series of 6 to 12 Games.

Lifetime: “Intimate Portraits” and other special programming profiling the women of West Point.

Disney Kids Interactive: “West Point Profile Minute” to air across all children and “tween” TV related properties.

Disney Channel: A series of interstitial programs sponsored by The National Academy of Engineering, and produced by the Disney channel, will serve to expose, encourage, and educate children regarding the engineering profession.  A companion “West Point 200" National Bridge Building Contest for Middle and High school students will compliment this initiative.


ABC Prime Time Television Special
ABC and the Company have entered into an agreement for a two-hour prime-time special which is set to be aired on Sunday, June 23, 2002, from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. The special, tentatively called “Young America Celebrates West Point,” will be a star-studded event with appearances by internationally renowned musicians, actors, politicians, etc. Gary Smith of Smith-Hemion Productions is the producer of the television special. The Smith-Hemion team has been awarded an unprecedented 24 Emmy Awards for their work. Gary Smith is an internationally renowned producer of television specials including programs featuring Paul McCartney, Barbara Streisand, Elvis Presley and Bing Crosby, Smith recently produced ABC 2000, which highlighted the millennium celebrations in New York City and in other major cities around the world for the ABC network. Eisenhower Hall at West Point will serve as the center for the festivities with segments shot at other locations as well. Various orchestral works and songs, with historical and emotional significance, will be played and sung by our great entertainers, paying tribute to the great legacy of American composers.

Fields of Friendly Strife
ABC Sports will air a special two-hour documentary program entitled Fields of Friendly Strife which memorialize the legendary sports history of West Point, during Memorial Day Weekend, 2002. The program will be a compilation of rare historical footage, radio and television coverage, unique photographs, interviews, and newspaper headlines. The documentary includes never-before-heard stories about athletes from West Point who performed honorably both on the playing fields as well as battlefields of life.
Some of the most recognizable names in sports mentioned in Fields of Friendly Strife are Ulysses S. Grant, George Patton, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Omar Bradley, Abner Doubleday, and Buzz Aldrin, to name a few.
Fields of Friendly Strife will be produced by award-winning filmmaker Bud Greenspan.

100 West Point “Memories”
The Company will also produce a series of 100 West Point “Minutes” which will each air approximately four times and will highlight important moments in the history of West Point. The “Minutes” will consist of 30 seconds of content which will be complemented by a commercial from one of the sponsors. The “Minutes” will air across multiple days and divisions during such high-profile shows as Good Morning America and Nightline.
85 of the West Point “Minutes” will be produced by CBS News Productions. 15 of the West Point “Minutes” will be produced by Bud Greenspan.

The Company is presently in the process of securing the rights to 39 episodes of “The West Point Story,” a black-and-white series which was originally broadcast in 1959–1960.

Documentary Films "West Point - The First 200 Years"
A four-hour documentary series on the history of West Point will be produced by Harrison Engle. The documentary series is based upon and will coincide with the publishing of the book which is a Project of the Company, entitled West Point---The First 200 Years, which is being published by Warner Books for publication in May 2002.

ABC Sports and the ESPN networks will develop a media schedule between March and June 2002 to air Bud Greenspan-produced :30 vignettes commemorating West Point’s 200th anniversary by highlighting Army’s athletic achievements.

Field of Honor
The Company has also received clearance to air NFL Field of Honor, a documentary film produced to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Army football. Field of Honor includes footage of the historical Army-Navy rivalry, the thrilling victories of Army in the 1984 Cherry Bowl and the 1985 Peach Bowl as well as clips of halfback Dwight Eisenhower and center Omar Bradley.

Lifetime
Lifetime, a leader in advocacy issues for women, will sponsor a public-awareness campaign designed to empower women and girls by celebrating their strengths, talents, and achievements. This campaign will include vignettes, special programming and partnerships with the Ms. Foundation; the White House; Women’s Policy, Inc.; and Women’s Sport Foundation. An “Intimate Portrait” theme week will also air, focusing on positive role models for women.

Disney Kids Interactive
To alert young adults to the accomplishments of West Point, 60-second vignettes entitled “The West Point Profile Minute,” will air across all kids-related TV properties. The vignettes focus on West Point attendees and their accomplishments outside of the military, and will highlight the Army’s engineering feats including the current bridge-building contest for middle and high school students.

The Doug Banks morning show on the Urban Advantage Network will host several interviews with prominent African-American graduates of West Point as featured on ABC Radio network.
